Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send any items back without first contacting us and receiving return instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. If a return shipping label is approved, it will be provided at our discretion.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival.

If your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible at support@shopnovera.co. We will evaluate the issue and work with you to resolve it appropriately.

Please include photos of the item and packaging when reporting damage or incorrect shipments.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of products cannot be returned, including:

  • Flammable liquids

We also do not accept returns on:

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a replacement item is to return the item you currently have. Once the return is approved and processed, you may place a new order for the desired item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

To qualify, the item must be in the same condition in which it was received, unworn or unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return.

If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that banks and credit card providers may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
